CIVIC INFORMATION Responsibility
In order to have a healthy and active body, each individual is responsible for a healthy lifestyle as healthy
as eating healthy foods and exercising.
Pre-lesson:-
 Pupils watch video clip from YouTube. Pupils discuss with their friends why they have to take care of
themselves and how.

Lesson development:-
Activity 1:-
 Pupils are asked to look at the picture, identify and states each body parts. Pupils explain how to
clean each body parts. (21st CA)
ACTIVITIES
Activity 2:-
 Pupils watch a poster about the way to take care of dental hygiene. Pupils list the information in
their exercise book. (HOTS)

Activity 3:-
 Pupils are suggested to bring their own food from home for recess. Each group has to demonstrate
how to clean for the food container and utensils. (CBA)
Post-lesson:-
 Pupils talk about the rights and responsibilities of caring personal hygiene.
