Abstract

This document presents a Tourist Satisfaction Survey conducted to users of the TONE

Hotel in the city of San Andrés, operated by the hotel chain ON VATIONS. The tourist

satisfaction assessment questionnaire is a valuable source of information that allows to define

the profile of the visitor of a destination, analyzing issues such as the majority age, its origin,

whether or not the destination is recommended to other people, if it has been previously in it,

type of preferred accommodation, etc.; as well as issues directly related to the degree of

visitor satisfaction with respect to destination hospitality, restaurant services, signage, access,

public transport, among other aspects.

The satisfaction survey referred to in this document is used with the aim of assessing the

degree of satisfaction of the visitor of the TONE hotel with respect to the destination and the

main components of the tourist offer both tangible and intangible. Based on these results, it is

intended to make an indirect estimate of the impact that the Tourism Competitiveness Plan of

the ON VACATION chain has had on the perceived quality of the destination.

Colombia and Latin America where it has the focus of providing you with an ideal holiday

taking into account the cost/benefit ratio

in a simple, comfortable way, full of adventures and rest with the best profit/price ratio.

It is a company that focuses on the low-cost tourism market by developing the tourism

market in the economic strata 1, 2 and 3.

In 2021 it is projected to be the hotel chain of choice for Colombians to schedule their

holidays and to know the most important tourist destinations in Colombia and Latin America.

It has more than 700 collaborators between direct and indirect, is a reference of the

tourist market in Colombia.
