Topic: Shapes of Letters

Overview: Pupils apply their knowledge about letters. They are introduced to Learn
Letters program. Pupils will be able to combine letters to form a word. This
module will be carried out in the computer lab.

Content 2.1 Pupils will be able to apply knowledge of sounds of letters to recognize
Standard words in linear and non-linear texts.
- English 3.1 Pupils will be able to form letters and words in neat legible print
Language: including cursive writing.
4.2 Pupils will be able to plan, organize and produce creative works for
enjoyment.

shown in picture 2. There are three levels.

In pairs, pupils try to finish the 3 levels of the
game.
Step 1: Click Level I.
Step 2: Click Start.

Step 3: The outline of the letter will appear as

shown in picture 4. Automatically, the
sound of the letter can be heard too.

1. Click and drag the given shapes to
construct a letter.
2. If you drag the wrong shape, it will
slide back to its original position.
Select other shapes.

The completed letter will be highlighted and

move automatically to the alphabets list at the
bottom of the screen as shown in picture 6.
