During the last school holidays, my family and I went for a holiday an island called
_____________ (1) . We managed to get to the island by a speedboat. At the jetty,
we met some fishermen who went to catch fish early in the morning. We travelled
further north and arrived at ___________________________________________(2).
We tried local seafood delicacies at the village. The tour guide was a kind and
generous person. As we travelled _____________________(3), we arrived at an old
British fort called the Besut Fort. We walked to a nearby museum which showcased
the history of Kuala Besut and the state of Terengganu. My brother and I learnt a lot
from the interesting exhibits. Next day, we travelled east to an amazing cultural

manage to buy some ornaments for my Australian cousin, Jenna. I loved to see
bowls were made from coconut shells. We travelled south and came to a river. We
took the bridge across the river and drove (5) until we arrived at Besut Belum Hotel.
We had a scrumptious dinner and rested for the night. On our last day we, drove
through a tunnel and stopped at a small town to buy more souvenirs for the extended
family members. We left the island on a speedboat.

B (i) Study the announcement below and answer the following questions in the
space provided.

This is an announcement for all Year Four, Five and Six pupils. The English
Language Society is organising a talk entitled the “Benefits of Reading” on Friday ,
the 6th of March 2020. The talk will be held at the SJK(T) Lembah Pantai School Hall.
It will start at 9.00 a.m. The speaker for the talk are Mr. Jarod and Ms. Shalini. Each
pupil has to pay RM 20.00 to attend the talk. Those interested, please give your
names to Mrs Chen as soon as possible.
