Subject: Module/Activity Sheets/Learning Resources Harvesting

1. Pursuant to the DepEd Regional Memorandum, Division Memorandum and the mandate of our
Schools Division Superintendent that teachers have to be ready for this new normal situation where
education must continue, all District level teaching personnel have to produce the following:
a. Module/Learning Activity Sheet Writing for individual teacher (Grade 1 to 6)
b. Learning Resource Material Harvesting (Grade 1 to 6)
Deadline: for Ist and 2nd Quarter Coverage : June 30
3rd and 4th Quarter Coverage: August 28
2. Master Teachers and group leaders will take the lead in writing. Meaning, they should produce
samples as guide for the teacher writers. They will be the one to evaluate and check the quality of the
modules made by the teachers of their assigned Learning Areas aligned to the Most Essential Learning
Competences (MELC) laid by the DepEd. Some may be modified. (Refer to the attached assignment)
3. These materials will be submitted to the division for checking and the rest will be distributed fairly
throughout our District for our consumption to cater our students Self Learning Kits needs with our
different Modalities offered. It may be Blended, Modular or Home Schooling, Distance Learning/Online,
and Face to face. All teachers, especially ICT teachers must prepare Videos and slides and Self Learning
Kits. They can also make Big Books and Story Books for our learners. (As many as you can)
4. Teachers handling more than 1 subject area will just choose 1 area of her expertise especially those
assigned in hinterland schools.
5. Teachers from Heavenly Schools can share a room with the Sta. Filomena Teachers as their office for
the mean time as they are not yet allowed to ride habal2 in going to their respective schools, or you
can ask 1 room for every school, or whatever maybe agreed by the teachers. (We have already
arranged with the school principal).
6. All teachers must report to Maam Merlyn Borbon for Room Assignment and listing of final writers per
Learning Area so that there will be no crowding in one learning area but only few in other learning
area. She will be the one to balance the no. of writers especially from the Heavenly Schools. She will be
assisted by Maam Warlita Bato in the District.
7. The harvested LRM and the Modules or Activity Sheets or Big Books, Story Books, Videos will be
submitted in the District in a Designated area for the Checking of Principals and PSDS. Just label/sort
properly your stuff and have the proper listing. Harvested LRs will be compiled for submission to Dr.
Daguisonan. We will have to act the sooner to finish our task the soonest possible time.
8. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is desired.
