accreditation)
2. Acknowledgement of the AC manager/TESDA Representative (state the purpose of the TESDA Rep)
3. Checking of Attendance (compare the signature on Admission Slip)
4. Self-Assessment Guide (SAG) and Application Form
5. Conduct orientation to the candidates on the ff:
Purpose of the assessment-is to measure the knowledge,skills and attitude
Administer the Assessment for:

Gaan mo sila danay other specific instruction for there practical demonstration (give them five minutes to
read and after na amu na pagsugod mo dayun assigning task..)
Before ka magsugod practical assign gid sa mga station nila etel mo gid after you assign na complete
naman ang mga materials na galamiton nila for there practical demonstration
11. Practical/Demonstration with Oral questioning- Time starts now….Time stops now….
Note: When and while the assessment start the Assessor(s) will :
1. observe the candidate
2. gather/collect the evidence
3. record on the Rating Sheet
11. Interview (Individual – use the questioning tool provide on the Rating Sheet) 3 question you prepare
10. Feed backing (Give clear/ constructive feed backing)
