2. The policy for an internship cycle consisting of one month shall be as follows:
Explanation - The first offer made to a candidate shall be the one mandatorily
accepted.
c. Once a PCC registered candidate accepts the internship offer, he / she shall be
barred from applying to other firms oriented for the same time period.
d. No request for retraction made by the candidate shall be entertained once the
applications have been sent to the firm by the PCC.
3. In addition to Rule 2, for an internship cycle consisting more than one month, the policy
shall be as follows -
Category 1 (C1) : RSG Top 7 firms i.e. Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, Shardul Amarchand
Mangaldas, AZB & Partners, Trilegal, L&L Partners, Khaitan & Co., Jyoti Sagar
Associates. This shall be subject to the latest RSG Rankings and / or the firm’s relationship
with our college.
Category 2 (C2): The Student Placement Coordinators, in consultation with the Faculty-
in-charge, can set aside some firms in the interest of the college, the application to which
will be in accordance with this policy.
Illustration 1 - Presuming the internship cycle consists of the months May and June, if a
candidate secures an internship with Trilegal (C1) for the month of May, they cannot apply
to Khaitan & Co. (C1) or Babulal & Sons (C3) for May / June. However, they may apply
to S&R Associates (C2) for June.
Explanation - They can not apply to any firm for the month of May, after receiving
confirmation.
Illustration 2 - Presuming the internship cycle consists of the months May and June, if a
candidate secures an internship with Babulal & Sons (C3) in May, they may apply to Cyril
Amarchand Mangaldas (C1) for June.

confirmation.

4. Mandatory / Callback internships are not considered PCC internships and shall not be
governed by this policy.
