Fact of LEONIDA A. PASCUAL, with address at 282 Aguado Street, San Miguel, Manila, with
the power of substitution and revocation, hereby name, constitute and appoint MICHAEL
ANTHONY O. CORPUZ and KEVIN T. TANINGCO both of legal age, with office address at
Unit III-A, FGT Bldg., No. 282 Aguado Street, San Miguel, City of Manila, 1005 Philippines, to be
my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place and stead to:

1. Represent me in the process of requesting certified true copy of tax declaration,

certificate of landholdings, and title registered under the name of ADRIANO ABAD
married to MATILDE ESCRAELA before Registry of Deeds of Caloocan City and the
Local Government Unit of Caloocan City;
2. To request 2019 Tax clearances for land and building;
3. To request for relevant documents from and process all requirements for purposes of
settling the estate taxes of ADRIANO ABAD AND MATILDE ESCRAELA-ABAD
before the Bureau of Internal Revenue and appropriate Revenue District Officer of
Quezon City.
4. Sign any and all documents in connection to the above purposes;
5. To represent me in transactions before all government bodies in connection with the
accomplishment of the above purposes; and
6. Do all things necessary and pertinent to the accomplishment of the above purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING, unto my said attorney full powers and authority to
do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect the foregoing authority, as
fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present, with full power
of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or her
substitute shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
