Rejuvenation Smoothie
Add these ingredients into a blender. Serving size: 16 ozs.

Peel 2 large potatoes ¼ inch into the

Simmer peels for 10 minutes, add other

minutes. Strain. This broth is rich in
potassium and neutralizes acids.

To 2 cups of boiling water, dissolve 1 to
2 Tbsp. brown rice or barley miso. Do
not continue to boil once miso is added,
as valuable enzymes are destroyed. Add
kelp chips if desired.
