PRE-TEST ACTIVITIES
Pre-test 1: Favorite Animation
Instructions:
 For everyone to know each other a little more, and for us to relight our love for animation. In a
short essay, answer the question: What is your most favorite animation and why?
 This can be a movie or film, a TV or online series, game, or any other type of media. Explain
what you love most about it in around 2-3 sentences.
 Please think about it and write it down first.
 Sharing will be done either:
o Discussions on Canvas K-12 LMS
o Text channel #ani-12-a on Discord
o Sharing on synchronous learning sessions

Pre-test 2: Self-Portrait
Instructions: Create a self-portrait.
 You may use either traditional or digital media
o Traditional – at least ½ bond paper
o Digital – at least 800px x 800px
 All self-portraits must be in black and white / grayscale
 You are free to use any drawing / art style you wish to use
 Limit the self-portrait up to a bust (head until the armpits)
 You may modify the view (front and 3/4 only) and poses
 Submit through the Canvas K-12 LMS (to be done later)
 Change the profile photo of your Canvas K-12 LMS (and Discord) to that self-portrait
