COMPLICATIONS IN NY. S
IN BANDUNG
Devi Safrida
Abstract
Background: Lifestyle, especially eating habits are now increasingly varied. Food
can be easy and practical to get. But apparently practicality in this era we must
be able to filter well, because it does not fully meet nutritional standards,
especially if it becomes a habbit. Whether we realize it or not, in the long run this
affects the process of pregnancy, childbirth and even the postpartum period
experienced by a woman.
Objective: This study aims to find out how lifestyle (eating habits) impact on post
partum complications.
The research method uses a qualitative approach. Informants in this study are
post perfume mothers, husbands and parents. Data collection uses observation
methods and in-depth interviews. Data analysis using qualitative data analysis
methodsconsisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and
drawing conclusions
Results: Optimal health during pregnancy, childbirth and post partum cannot be
produced instantly. Eating habits from childhood, especially during adolescence
and the process of pregnancy it self play a role in creating optimal health in a
woman cycle reproductive period.

Abstrak
Latar belakang: Gaya hidup khususnya kebiasaan makan kini semakin bervariasi.
sepenuhnya memenuhi standar gizi, terlebih jika menjadi suatu habbit. Disadari
