1.0 In accordance with the QR specified in the Clause 2.1 (a), Part-B of Annexure – II to
Section – I: Terms & Conditions of the Bidding Documents, we are furnishing the
following:
(a) Written power of attorney, in original, of the signatory of the Bid to commit
the Bidder, which is enclosed at FLAG-A to this QR Data Schedule.

2.3 In accordance with the QR specified in the Clause 1.1 (c) & (d), Part-A of Annexure
– II to Section – I: Terms & Conditions of the Bidding Documents, which states –
‘(c) The bidder shall have completed supply of gold medallions/coins of 24 Carat valued at
not less than Rs. 84 millions (aggregate) in not more than three (3) contracts during the
last three (3) financial years, and (d) The bidder should have experience of delivery of gold
medallions / coins on its own or should tie up with an agency who have delivered such gold
medallions / coins at not less than fifty (50) geographically spreaded locations during the
last three (3)financial years. An undertaking of such agency to carry out the work shall be
submitted along with the 1st envelope of the bid (as per the format enclosed)’, we are
furnishing the following details/documents in support of QR for Supply and
Distribution of Gold Medallions Package:

of previous experience against the requirements detailed at para 2.3 above, on the basis
of which the Bidder wishes to qualify. The information is to be summarised using
following format for each previous experience of the Bidder on separate sheets. ]

completion certificate etc., in support of its requisite experience as listed in the following
proforma for each experience/Contract just below it. ]

of previous experience of its proposed agency against the requirements detailed at para
1.1(d) of Part – A, Annexure – II to Section – I of the Bidding Documents, on the basis of
which the Bidder wishes to qualify. The information is to be summarised using following
format for each previous experience of the proposed agency on separate sheets. ]

2.3.1.2 We have enclosed an undertaking of proposed agency to carry out the delivery
work for the subject package at FLAG-D as per proforma of undertaking provided
at Annexure – II, Section – I of the Bidding Documents.
2.4 In accordance with the QR specified in the Clause 1.1 (e), Part-A of Annexure – II to
Section – I: Terms & Conditions of the Bidding Documents, which states – ‘(e)
Scheduled Banks will have to produce a copy of the authorisation letter from RBI for
importing and dealing in gold. Other Bidders will have to produce a copy of the
Government Licence/Certificate giving them the authority to deal in gold.’, we are
furnishing the following details/documents in support of QR for Supply and
Distribution of Gold Medallions Package:

3.0 Financial requirement [Reference: Para 1.2 of Part-A, Annexure-II, Section-I of the
Bidding Documents]
(a) Minimum Average Annual Turnover* (MAAT) for best three(3) years i.e. 36 months out of
last five(5) financial years of the bidder should not be less thanRs.1000 Million.
In case bidder is a holding company, MAAT referred to in clause 4.0(a) above shall be that of a
holding company only (i.e excluding its subsidiary / group companies). In case, bidder is a
subsidiary of a holding company, MAAT referred to in clause 4.0 (a) above shall be that of
subsidiary company only (i.e excluding its holding company).
(In support of its ‘Financial Position’, in line with the above, the Bidder must provide
the relevant information, along with documentary evidence, in the following
format.)
The Bidder shall also furnish following documents/details with its bid:

i) The complete annual reports together with Audited statement of accounts of the
company for last five years immediately preceding the date of submission of bid.
(A) As per requirement at para 4.0 i) above, audited balance sheet and income
statements for the last five years as per the following:
5.0 Litigation History [Reference: Para 2.2 of Part-B, Annexure-II, Section-I of the
Bidding Documents]
The bidder should provide detailed information on any litigation or arbitration arising out of
contracts completed or under execution by it over the last five years. A consistent history of
awards involving litigation against the Bidder may result in rejection of Bid.
Bidders should provide information on their current commitments on all contracts that
have been awarded, or for which a letter of intent or acceptance has been received, or
for contracts approaching completion, but for which an unqualified, full completion
certificate has yet to be issued.
