This letter serves to inform you that we would like to hold the service for diagnostic
examinations of the employees of the Local Government Unit of San Jose, Batangas
due to the unpredictable activities of Taal Volcano. The employees of the Municipality of
San Jose are helping the evacuees from different municipalities that is why we are
rescheduling the date of the examination. We will send you another notice if we will
resume the said examinations for the employees of LGU-San Jose.
