Note- These internships will be for considered as a pre -evaluation for the candidates and we find
the candidates are up-to the mark then we take them on permanent Basis. During the internship it
will not be paid if the candidates opts to work from home or full time it totally depends on the
candidates.

About the Internship:

Below are the different projects as per roles.

Project 1- Marketing analysis + Digital Marketing

Marketing Analysis- Candidates will be working on the strategic management activities that
takes place in an organization. The duties include forecasting and monitoring sales trends,
gathering consumer and competitor data, preparing reports for management and utilizing
statistical software for data analysis.

Digital Marketing-  SEO AND SMES, Managing the platforms of social media pages and
working on keywords for solar industry

Project 2- HR Generalist

Hiring of the candidates for Marketing Internships

On-boarding
Time Attendance
Induction
Working on the HRMS Portal
Exit Formalities.

Project 3- Data Mining

Responsibilities

Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Develop
and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that
optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to
locate and correct code problems.

Work with management to prioritize business and information needs, locate and define new
process improvement opportunities

Project 4- MIS (Management Information System)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling project data management
2. Handling back end operations
3. Working on data entry
4. Preparing MIS report on Excel
5. Making and receiving calls

Project 5- Content writer

Internship Description:

• Create content marketing campaigns to drive leads and subscribers Use SEO best practices to
generate traffic to our site
• Regularly produce various content types, including email, social media posts, blogs, and white
papers
• Actively manage and promote our blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms
• Edit content produced by other members of the team
• Analyze content marketing metrics and makes changes as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to create innovative content ideas

Project 4- Graphic Designer

Study design briefs and determine requirements

Schedule projects and define budget constraints
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

1. The duration of the internship is 2 months
2. No stipend would be provided
3. Date of Joining would be from 15th June'2020 or 1st July'2020
4. Telephonic round of interview would take place between an allocated time slot
5. Peacock solar is providing Work from home internship for the profiles mentioned above in JD
