About this Survey:


We are conducting a survey to determine training needs of the employees/officials of your
corporation. The information you and others provide will help the corporation to provide a
better training and effective training and development.

The purpose of this survey is to determine two areas of need: what training staff needs to do
their current job and what training staff need for career development. This is done in four
parts – current job training needs; professional development needs; preferences for training
mode and timing; and career development. All staff are asked to complete the survey so that
a complete picture of staff needs can be developed and used to design an appropriate training
programs.

How to complete this survey:


In this survey you will be asked to undertake a self-assessment of how important each
skill/experience area is to your ability to do your job, what level of skill/experience is
required to do your job effectively; whether you need training to reach that level and the
priority and urgency of your training need.
