One bedroom available in 3 BR apartment in Nopa. Unit located right next to the
Panhandle -- great location! Easy street parking, safe neighborhood, close to QR Code Link to This Post
everything (just a short walk from Haight, Divisadero, Alamo Square, Golden
Gate Park, USF, Whole Foods). Laundromat around the corner.

The apartment: 3 bedrooms with kitchen, split bathroom (toilet and shower are
separated = less chance of someone hogging the bathroom!), spacious living
room that is hardly ever used, trash/recycling room in basement, and communal
backyard shared by building residents.

The room: largest of the 3 bedrooms (approx. 10' X 10') with side niche storage
area with shelves and rod to hang clothes. Bed in the pictures is a twin, but the
room will fit a king. One window, which faces the building next door. High
ceilings -- one thing this room is definitely not lacking is wall space. One thing
this room is lacking is outlets -- there's only one so you'll want to invest in a

The roommates: one female and one male, both in their twenties. One works in tech and the other in food service.
Both like to keep to themselves and prefer someone who is quiet, clean, and respectful of communal spaces. Great
household for an introvert or someone who prefers to just chill when they get home at the end of the day. Someone
who doesn't cook a lot is a huge plus (one of the bedrooms is located right next to the kitchen, so that roommate
can hear everything that's going on in the kitchen). Everyone works different schedules (especially since shelter in
place happened) so there may be times when you'll feel like you have the whole place to yourself.

-Rent: $1075/month
-Security Deposit: $1400
-Utilities: Owner pays for water and garbage, roommates split PG&E and Wifi (about $50 - $70/month per person,
depending on the time of the year)
-Laundry: no laundry in unit, but there are multiple laundromats within walking distance
-Parking: Lots of street parking -- a residential permit will make your life easier
-No pets
-No smoking inside of the unit

Room will be available starting 8/15, but an earlier move-in date is negotiable. First month's rent will be prorated.
