Introduction

The project is proposed by Wakanda Institute. The project is to make a live streaming system
for students and teachers for the educational purpose. The system asked by the clients is to
reach the students globally as a part of outreach programs. So, they want to make a video-
based lecture delivery tool of their own. To meet the specification mentioned by the client
Wakanda Institute, we have created a group of five members and divided our Task into
different sections. The project is to make a live streaming system for students and teachers for
the educational purpose.
Executive Summary

The report is about Initial plans and justification of the project that we are going to work in the
entire trimester in the software engineering unit. The project is on Wakanda Institute Live
Streaming System. Moreover, in this report we are talking about the planning phase as we are
using scrum agile methodology for our project. This phase talks about how we will work
through the entire project. There is a brief description of project information, breaking down
the project into various timeline, explaining high level requirements as well as functional and
nonfunctional requirements along with it. In addition to that we have drawn timeline and
budgeting for the project. There is also an Analytical Hierarchical Process Table presented along
with a case diagram which gives a clearer picture to the project. Furthermore, for more acquit
project outline we have conclusion and references at the end of the project.
Planning phase
This planning phases is a important part which all the plan in each stage and procedures of the project
will be discuss before create the project and will mention all the requirement and the methodology for
the project including financial plan, resource plan, quality plan, risk plan and etc. this project will use
scrum which is specific agile methodology to facilitate a project and also represented as a framework
that promotes teamwork and managing a process or development. As the project has 5 members which
are each member have different skill sets and cross-train each other so no one person becomes a
bottleneck in the delivery of work. In this project, the Scrum team drives the plan for each sprint and will
break down the tasks into sub-task to make it easier to control and manage each task properly.

Time and budget estimation.

The table shows the separation of the frameworks in the time and financial plan. There are a few moves
positions and show the amount they will cost and how much will set aside some effort to finish the
specific stage.

Requirements
The Requirements are the key to Project Success. These requirements help all the team members and
the clients that they are doing an effort to reach the same goal. The Role of the project owner is to
identify different types of requirements that the project needs and be able to manage them. So, to
develop ‘Wakanda Institute Live Streaming System (WILSS)’ there are some functional and no-functional
requirements that are needed in this project.

Functional Requirements:
● A secure communication is a must between the lecturers and the students.
● Only enrolled students can join the online video streaming system.
● All the students will receive a link to join a class via email.
● All the data collected while online classes should be encrypted and kept safe.
● All students and lecturers should have a different login interface.
● Automatic attendance systems should be made.

Non-Functional Requirements:
● Better WAN Connections will be required to get seamless communication between lecturers and
students.
● The cost of creating this flagship software system including the entire project life cycle.
 ● Lecturers should have a total control of the class and all the members of the class.
● All the files transferred should be password encrypted and only accessible by the students
unless permission is given by the lecturer.

More Requirements can be added into this project by having a weekly meeting and discussions.
Meetings can be between all the group members and it is a responsibility of a project owner to add new
requirements that is needed in creating this software system.

Analysis Phase
Analytical hierarchy process (AHP) is a mathematical process of organizing and analyzing complex
decisions. It is divided into three parts:- problem structuring, evacuation and choice.

First part involves how the issue is being fixed?, second one is to provide various solutions which are
available to solve the problem and the last but not the least that was the standard use to evaluate the
elective arrangements.
We will discuss more about AHP in assessment 2 . and look up the hierarchy of the system that shows
how the system will work and what are the options we have whenever we get into any issue, and how to
solve it in a troubled time.

Designing phases.
Designing is one of the most important phases in the project, it is based on the planning phase and
analysis phase. Design phase is a transformation phase when an idea is transformed into a real working
system, this phase occurs after the client’s agreement. There are various types of charts in the design
phase but here we are using a use case diagram to design the online learning system for Wakanda
institute of technology. The below case diagram shows that there is one primary actor on the left side
and two secondary actors on the right side. In use case diagrams, information must be secure, privacy in
communication and many more requirements are fulfilled. This system has two interface design
elements in which one for students and another for lecturers

Conclusion
The above report gives us a brief idea about the updated system of wakanda institute of technology. To
cover this whole project we use scrum methodology which is a part of agile manifesto. In this project we
described and shorted out the requirements put forward by wakanda institute live streaming system.
Moreover the AHP table is given more priority. Design phase is illustrated by using USE-CASE diagrams.
So, by using all these tools and requirements the project can succeed according to requirements.
