Nature of the Business

It is basically a furniture company, which completely relies on forward integration. Since the
demand of modern furniture is growing because of the innovative designs and use of diverse
materials. Hence, we are bringing our idea in the furniture industry with a purpose of saving
the space and utilize it more. We will manufacture furniture, which is versatile, and smart in
nature. It can be used for multi purposes for example a smart sofa which can be also used as a
table. The manufactured furniture will be sold in our outlet. Some of our key products are as

Statement of the Financing Needed

The total budget for our business is 96 lakh Taka. And this money will be raised in following
way

 Fifty Lakh taka will be invested by the partners in equal proportions

 We will take 31 lakhs from Creditor at 12% interest rate. Each year we will have to pay
372,000 TK for 8.3 years as interest.
 We will take 15 lakhs from a bank as a loan at a rate of 10% for 10 years, so we have to
pay the bank 150,000 TK each year as interest

 Prices of major need

Land: We would need a land to build our production line. So, we will take lease of a land for
5 years and we have to pay 25 Lakh takas for this.
Building: We need to set up a building for our production line and the total cost of that
building would be 10 Lakh.
Machineries: We will buy Machine worth of Taka 20 Lakh and tools worth of Taka 5 Lakh to
run our production.
Delivery Van: We will buy a delivery van worth BDT 17 lack taka.
Showroom rent: We have to rent a showroom and the rent would be 75 thousand Taka each
month and we have to pay 1 years prepaid rent which is worth of.
Showroom decoration: We will decorate our showroom and for decoration, we would need
10lakhs.
Marketing expense: Each year we have a budget of 4 lac taka for promoting our business.
Expert payment: We hire an expert for 12 months and we have to pay TK. 40 thousand per
month to him
