Considerations for Courrier

*KAPAG MAY COURRIER KA NA AT MAY UMORDER NG PRODUCT

1st Notification - Umorder ang isang buyer at PENDING pa ang payment
2nd scenario - Confirmation ng order (Time to package the product)

*PRE-ORDER OR NON PRE-ODER ALSO KNOWN AS DTS OR DAYS TO SHIP (Awareness kung
kelan dapat iship)
Non Pre-order - 2 days para iship ang order
Pre-order - meron kang 7 days para iship ang order

*ANONG COURRIER ANG GINAMIT NI BUYER

Dapat ichecheck ang courrier na ginamit ni buyer na makikita rin sa order details

*SUKAT/LAKI NG PRODUCT
Ang Black arrow, Ninja Van etc. ay may own packaging na tinatawag at up to 50 kilos ang kaya
nilang iaccommodate samantalang ang J&T express naman ay up to 5 kilos

*PAGPAPACK NG ORDERED PRODUCT (Kapag ang product ay di naman sensitive, pwedeng insert
nalang sa pouch ng shopee)
Sariling diskarte sa pagpapackage ng product (Bubble wrap etc.)

*Arrangement of shipments
J&T Express o Standard Express (Shopee Express) Pwede ka magpadirect to courrier o drop off na
pupunta ka sa mismong branch at pwede din namang magpa pick up. Kadalasan ang ginagamit ay
pick up, magiintay ka nalang sa bahay ng magpipick up na courrier. Pick up services ay available
mondays to sundays

 Nakadepende pa rin ang factors sa courrier

 Kapag pickup, may dala si courrier ng pouch and waybill
 Pwede humingi in advance ng pouch para sa mga future pick up
 Walang specific time of the day ang pagdating ni courrier
 Pag dalawang beses na failed ang pag pickup ni courrier sa seller, ay macacancel na ang order, at
penalty ito dahil ineevaluate ng shopee ang performance mo as a seller
 Kapag successful na ang pagpick up ay pwede mo nang itrack sa app ang order delivery process

requirement to transfer the profit from shopee wallet. After that it takes 1-2 banking days. Then,
