Call to order The meeting was called to order at 12:06 p.m.
Public comments and • Soiled Dove is currently running through
announcements December 7, 2019.
• Lincoln University celebrated 100 years with
a proclamation from the Vice Mayor’s office.
• Joint Board meeting/mixer December 4,
2019 at Bar Shiru.
