Many people believe that higher salaries should be offered to senior

professionals as compare with other professionals in an organization. I agree

with the statement because senior professionals have more work experience

and are responsible for the company’s growth.

Firstly, many professionals are getting higher salaries in prestigious

organizations due to their work experience. To illustrate, many people work

for

a company for more than a decade in order to pursue their career from junior

positions to seniors. They learn several things in this journey, such as;

strengthen their linguistic skill, operating multiple software, communication

skills, dealing with prestigious clients, etc., Any eminent company must

require

these skillsets in their senior management. Moreover, senior professionals

always aware of how to deal with dif culties with respect to the situations

as they have experienced multiple situations in their training periods or when

they were juniors. For example, In International Cricket World Cup 2019,

when England quali ed for semi nals they have shortlisted all junior

players for the remaining group stage match and that experience went

terrible due to the wrong decisions by the junior players and they lost that

match with 154 runs.

Secondly, the company’s growth is always relying on the shoulders of senior

managers. To illustrate, decision power is the key element that a company

requires in its professionals and this always comes after experiencing

several dif culties throughout the career. Good decisions always save the

company from disasters. For instance, Systems limited, an eminent IT

company’s Chief executive of cer had offered more bonuses to their senior

employee’s in Corona
Virus pandemic due to their effective suggestion to work from home rather

than shut down and saves the company from great loss.

In Conclusion, Senior managers should be paid higher as compare to juniors

because their enormous work experience leads the company to make great

decisions which result in the constant growth of a company.
