continued interest and willingness to challenge the new Title IX regulations issucd by the United
Srates Department ofEducation. As the Chair ofthe Board ofRegents and the Chancellor ofthe
Nevada System of Higher Education, we are writing to express our support for any legal action
you may commence on behalf ofNevadans, and in the interests of higher cducation students and
institut'ions in particular, challenging these regulations.
