Soul (2) Image No.1 Nutritive This part of the soul is responsible for growth and development. These nutrients are essential for basic survival, growth and reproduction of all living organisms. . The nutrition needs of human also changes within the passage of time and according to growth . Image No.2 Sensitive Responsible for emotions and feelings It is the sensitive part of soul. Feelings and emotions can be experienced in many forms, i.e. the sensitive faculty of soul enables living beings to get acquainted and develop inclinations or deviations from certain feelings and emotions, mainly; fear, sadness, joy, trust and anger. Image No.3 Cognitive: Cognitive part of soul deals with association of ideas, the process of solving problems and acquiring knowledge through experience—thought and sensory input. Ideas come from imaginative part of the soul, interpreted by cognition. Which, when a person utilizes, integrates to create an understanding by various inputs.

falls in this category because the appetitive soul is responsible for bodily needs such as hunger and thirst etc. This part of soul was also identified as pleasure, involved in human reproduction.
