Solution to climate change:

Solar energy

How much energy does the Sun radiate?

[Solar Panel in Pakistan] Imagine how intense a fire should be so that its
heat could be felt more than 15 kilometers away (about 10 miles). It would
have to be a huge fire, right?
Now let's think about the Sun when we feel its heat every day. The Sun is
about 150 million kilometers (93 million miles) away from us, and yet on a
sunny day it can cause blisters on our skin after prolonged exposure. But, in
reality, with these astronomical distances, the truth is that only a tiny
fraction of solar energy reaches the Earth. However, it is enough to sustain
life on our planet.

In fact, scientists have calculated that the total energy given off by the Sun
would be enough to sustain the life of 31 trillion planets like Earth .
The Space Weather Prediction Center proposed another way to calculate
the enormous energy given off by the Sun: if the energy released by the Sun
could be stored for 1 second (we repeat, only 1 second), with that energy
consumption could be covered current energy of a country like the United
States for the next 9 million years.
Are these figures exaggerated? Where does all this immense solar energy come
from?
Let's get to know the Sun in depth.
Its energy comes from its core. Its core is like an immense nuclear reactor
that compresses the atoms within it against each other and, as a
consequence, releases immense resultant forces. [Best Solar Panel

its core, the energy generated inside it takes millions of years to reach the
surface. In fact, this renowned Prediction Center states that if the Sun
stopped producing energy today, its negative effects would not be felt on
Earth for about 50 million years. This, without a doubt, demystifies the
theories that announce a possible destruction of the Earth when the Sun
goes out. If this hypothesis were ever to be fulfilled, we would still have a
50-million-year margin to search for an alternative.
It is clear, therefore, that solar energy is immensely powerful. Therefore, it
would be easy to conclude that the Sun is an exceptional star in the universe
and that it is a large and colossal star because it has so much internal
energy. And it is, although in comparative universal terms it could be
questioned.
What are we referring to?

To the next paradox; scientists have dubbed the Sun "the yellow dwarf. " The
reason is that, compared to other stars in the universe, the Sun is a very
small star. For example, there is a star called "V382 Cygni" that has a mass
at least 27 times that of the Sun (the mass of the Sun is 330,000 times that
of the Earth).

To obtain enough energy to sustain our Planet, it is enough to store a

small fraction of the Solar Energy that we receive on Earth

But are there other stars that are even bigger?

There is another star that is so colossal that if we placed it where the Sun is
in our Galaxy, the Milky Way (a spiral galaxy where the solar system is
located), the Earth would be inside it.
However, this star is not the largest there is. If we were to do the same with
another such giant star, its diameter would encompass Saturn, a planet so
far from Earth that it took a spacecraft several years to get there despite
traveling 40 times faster than a bullet fired from a powerful gun (the
unmanned spacecraft called "Cassini" was launched on October 15, 1997
and entered orbit around Saturn on July 1, 2004).
It is clear then that if the Sun is a small star in the Universe and, despite
this, it emanates so much energy, we can imagine the energy that these
other gigantic stars can give off. The numbers are already escaping our
minds.
What makes you so exceptional to be a star that can
sustain life?

The key is not just having enough energy. We have already stated that there
are other stars much more powerful than the Sun.
The miracle has already begun: storing the Sun's energy in batteries
through solar panels, windmills and geothermal systems.
The following reasons can help us understand what makes the Sun the ideal
star to support life:

 It is a lonely Astro:

Astronomers estimate that approximately 85% of known stars are

clustered. Usually in groups of two or more that go around each other. They
do not separate because they are held together by gravitational forces.
But what about the Sun?

The Sun is a lone star. This allows the Earth's orbit to be more stable
resulting in favorable conditions for life on Earth. It is as if the Sun has only
one purpose: to serve as a helper for Earth alone. [Sunlife]

 The great mass of the Sun (330,000 times that of the Earth):

Although its size is relatively small compared to other stars (as we have
explained above), the mass of the Sun is among the 10% of the most
massive stars of the stars near our planet. For that reason, it exerts
gravitational control over all bodies in the solar system.
That is why the Earth, even if it is far from the Sun (at the precise distance
so that we do not have harmful effects but only beneficial ones), can always
be kept in orbit around it to allow, among other things, a perfect system of
4 seasons each year.

 The configuration of elements that make up the Sun:

The heavy elements such as carbon, nitrogen, oxygen, magnesium, silicon

and iron (compared to other stars of the same age as the Sun) are present in
a higher quantity. About 50% more in the Sun. Why is this rare? Heavy
elements are essential to sustain life on Earth. Our own Planet is made up
almost entirely of these heavier elements. This symbiosis between elements
makes the Sun, so to speak, part of the Earth.

 The singular Orbit of the Sun:

That of the Sun is less elliptical than other similar stars, which describe
almost circular orbits around the center of the galaxy. What impact does
this have on the survival of life on earth? [Massage therapy gun] The
shape of its orbit prevents it from disintegrating towards the center of the
galaxy, a place frequented by supernovae or so-called exploding stars,
which could be a catastrophe in astronomical terms. On the other hand, the
inclination of the solar orbit with respect to the plane of the Milky Way is
very small, which means that they form a very closed angle.

How does terrestrial life benefit from this factor?

It means protecting the confines of the solar system, where a gigantic

spherical warehouse of comets surrounds us (the so-called “Oort cloud”),
avoiding the disturbance of its comet cloud and, therefore, avoiding
suffering a catastrophic shower of comets on the Land.

 The brightness of the Sun:

Compared to other similar stars, the variation in their brightness is

significantly lower. This means that its luminosity is more stable and
constant. [Solar Energy in Pakistan] That is why the day and its
frequency of luminosity on Earth allow sunlight to remain constant during
sunny hours. The luminosity of the Sun is one of the most stable
environmental factors for our Planet, with an emotional impact on people
who it is key to the life of the human being.
With 100 Giga factories like these, the demand for energy from all over
the world would be covered

Once we have been able to know roughly the energy potential of the Sun,
why do we affirm that Solar energy is a solution to Climate Change?
To obtain enough energy to sustain our Planet, it is enough to store a small
fraction of the Solar Energy that we receive on Earth. It is as simple as that.
And here's the good news. The miracle is already happening. That is what
the megaproject of the company “SpaceX and Tesla” defends. This company
has begun the construction of the so-called “Tesla Giga factory” with an
approximate surface of 15 million m2 to produce batteries that store solar
energy. When its construction is completed, it will be the largest building in
the world.

What's its purpose?

Store the Sun's energy in batteries through solar panels, windmills and
geothermal systems.
Why is this project so important and what is its relationship to climate
change?
With 100 Giga factories like these, the energy demand of the whole world
would be covered. Solar energy is clean and without side effects or
pollutants. You do not need to use fossil combustion to produce energy and
therefore emit carbon into the atmosphere.
To understand it: Tesla has developed the so-called “Powerwall”, a lithium-
ion battery pack that can store electrical energy from renewable energy
generation, such as solar or wind installations. They also have their
application as conventional electricity stores using them at night, when
electricity is cheaper. In itself, it can replace the electricity grid that any
household in any country receives. It can be installed outdoors or indoors,
without requiring a watertight room for environmental protection. It also
allows electrical installation in remote locations without access to the
electrical network.

The Sun, with all the planets revolving around it and depending on it, can
still ripen a bunch of grapes as if it had nothing else to do in the universe

This would make it possible to solve the demand for electricity from any
part of the world no matter how isolated it was. Let's imagine a village in
the middle of the desert without electricity supply. We put up a "Powerwall"
and the supply problem would be solved. Also, the energy to move land
transport of any kind would be solved, with a battery pack, without the
need to use the combustion of petroleum derivatives.

Is its implementation possible in the world?

According to a study by Tesla itself, these are the numbers that would be
needed to use solar energy to power the whole world: For a country like the
United States, 160 million Powerpacks would be needed for a total of
16,000 GWh of energy. And for the whole world, 900 million Powerpacks
would be required for a total of 90,000 GWh. To cover the generation of
energy, transport and heating around the world, 2 billion Powerpacks
would be needed for a total of 20,000,000 GWh. [Best Solar Panel
