substances and mixtures; elements and
compounds, acid and bases, metals and
nonmentals; microscopy, level of biological
organization, animal and plant cells, fungi,
protists, and bacteria; asexual reproduction;
component of an ecosystem; ecological
relationships; descriptors of motion; motion
detectors; types of waves, characteristics of
waves, and wave velocity; characteristics of
sound and light; heat transfer, and charges and
charging processes; using coordinate system;
protection and conservation of natural
resources; greenhouse effect and global
warming; and land and sea breezes monsoons
intertropical convergence zone, seasons in the
Philippines, and eclipses
