Ashley Game has more than 15 years of experience in Accenture’s Federal Practice. In the past
year she has been an executive leader for the Department of Justice client account, leading the

Department of Justice
Operations and Maintenance Exec Lead (September 2014-Present)

Manage daily operations of a $1 million contract to maintain enhancements of the client’s


human resources system.

 Manage three teams of 20+ total workers that provide support to the current systems, fixing
production defects, checking for errors in the system, adding new functionality by
customizing systems, and decommissioning legacy systems.
 Oversee the implementation of new interfaces, and integration of new technology (i.e. Pega,
twilio, AWS Secret Commercial Cloud Services (SC2S), and Matomo) with existing systems.
 Lead teams through implementations using functional, development, technical architecture,
and UI/UX best practices.
 Present project status, issues, and risks to executive client leadership of client's Human
Resources Division.
 Develop and communicate vision with the client on system features that can streamline
business processes, engage employees and applicants, and improve the overall HR
experience. Coordinate with other clients as a subject matter expert in HR and systems
management.
 Communicate and strategize with other HR system administrators to coordinate multiple
system enhancements, interface improvements and user requests.

Service Delivery Operations Lead (March 2009 – August 2014)
 Developed a Performance and Accountability System that provided a platform to deliver
tests and grade them on-the-spot, interfaced with vendors to collect scores securely, and
provided end of the year results.
 Collaborated with government stakeholders to identify enhancements and improvements
to business processes.
 Consulted with the client and internal teams to evaluate potential risks and process
gaps, increase the effectiveness of those processes, and improve efficiencies in service
delivery.
 Developed process for measuring and tracking team’s quality.
 Performed level of effort estimates, provided action plans, and issued forecasting and
resolutions used to evaluate project commitment costs and associated risks.
 Performed root cause analysis on escalation trends – Identified issues, estimated
impact, provided multiple resolution recommendations, developed preventative
processes, and communicated the final outcome.
