SECTION 1 - DOWNLOAD/PREPARE the following BEFORE

you START
1. RAIN USB

2. Balena Etcher

3. Transmac

4. LATEST BYPASS TOOLS PACKAGE . Includes the following

iPASSCODE v 1.4 or FRP Bypass Tool ( i prefer the ipasscode tool)

Checkra1n & MINA USB APPs

5. FLASH DISK 16 GB

SECTION 2 - Prepare RA1NUSB Flash drive

1. Format the RAIN USB image on your Flash Drive using BALENA Etcher

2. Use TRANSMAC to Transfer the CHeckra1n.app into the APPLICATIONS folder of Ra1nUSB

SECTION 3 - STEPS TO FOLLOW :

1. JAILBREAK WITH RAINUSB

a. Configure BIOS set up (ONE TIME ONLY , no need to redo if you have done this)
 [Boot menu key depends on BIOS , could be any of the Function keys)

 ENABLE Inage Virtualization if this is not available this feature is either not supported by your
hardware especially for 1st and 2gen Intel CPUs

 Boot Option ENABLE or SELECT UEFI

 DISABLE secure boot

* * SAVE SETTINGS & Restart * *

b. BOOT from UEFI (FLASH DISK) to load RAINUSB from BIOS (Boot Menu).

c. Once booted in RAINUSB, JAILBREAK with checkran

a. Open Terminal and type "cd /applications/0.10.1.app/contents/macos

b. Type second command "./checkra1n"

c. MANUALLY Place device in Recovery Mode

--->>>> JAILBREAK in DIAGNOSTIC Mode (hold Power Button & volume up right after
placing device in DFU )

2. (Optional if you get ERROR -20) Patch with MINA USB

d. JAILBREAK in DIAGNOSTIC MODE. If you need details : https://youtu.be/ohPGgzCe9uU

e. Open Terminal

 first command: "cd /applications/minausb.app/contents/macos

 second command "./minusb"

f. JAILBREAK again with checkra1n Repeat step 5 A- C and complete jailbreak in Regular method
not in DIAGNOSITC method . Just follow the steps until you reach "ALL DONE" message.

3. GETTING CELLULAR ACTIVATION FILES

g. BACK TO WINDOWS - Extract Activation files using iPASSCODE Tool. Make sure to back up
activation file by zipping it and storing it in your desired folder

4 . RESTORING FIRMWARE
 h. FLASH / Restore with latest 13.5.1 firmware using 3U Tools or ITUNES

5. JAILBREAK WITH RAINUSB

i. Run RAINUSB in your BIOS /BOOT MENU as outlined in SECTION 2 , STEP B.

a. Open Terminal and type "cd /applications/0.10.1.app/contents/macos

b. Type second command "./checkra1n"

c. MANUALLY Place device in Recovery Mode

6. ACTIVATION (Icloud BYPASS)

j. Back in WINDOWS - open iPASSCODE tool, and Click Activation

NOTE : Do not use Passcode Lock, Keep the SIM PIN "ON" or "ENABLED" to maintain the
Untethered status
