Terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
Coverage for all agents regardless of rank begins at year two (2) from the contract date
with the Company provided his/her enrollment to the fund is approved using the Savings
Fund Enrollment Form
2. Contribution
a. By default, the Company sets the maximum contribution amount of P30,000.00 for
agents up to unit managers and at P42,000.00 for branch managers and above.
b. Deduction will start on the first payout after the approved enrollment date
3. Withdrawal
a. A member who voluntarily withdraws from the Savings Plan shall be entitled to
100% of the accumulation of the Member's contribution plus a percentage of the
Company's contribution including interest thereon using the Savings Fund
Withdrawal Form.
b. A Member who withdraws from the Plan after the offered one-time re-enrollment
shall no longer be eligible to join the Plan again.
4. One-time Re-enrollment
a. A one time re-enrollment will be offered and vesting period of these re-enrollees
will re-set to zero.
b. Upon re-entry into the plan, the agent’s and the Company’s contributions will
commence.
c. Deduction will start on the first payout after the approved re-enrollment date.
