Your part in Neste’s journey

You will join the dynamic Espoo Commercial Operations team involved in the day-to-day commercially
proactive planning, implementation and optimization of the commercial contracts. You apply the
operational processes in a solid manner in executing the shipments by vessel, rail and trucks from contract
conclusion to invoicing.

In your role, you will

 Carry out operations in renewable and oil products sales and supply
 Participate in the supply chain planning of the cargo movements
 Execute the sales and supply contracts with optimum commercial outcome
 Coordinate logistics, sustainability, stakeholder communication, invoicing and system updates

You will work closely with a wide internal and external stakeholder network. Our team is responsible for
operations for Finnish, Baltic, Scandinavian and European customers as well as supply to our refineries in
Finland. We also work in close cooperation with our global team members in different continents.

Keys to success in this role is

 Ability to prioritize and handle pressure


 Strong team working skills
 Flexibility, responsibility and independent approach to work
 Business and result oriented mindset
 Prior experience in international commodity business and/or logistics
 Fluent English and Finnish skills are a must, both written and oral

We also value

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant area, e.g. from business or technology


 Fluency in Swedish and Russian
 Previous knowledge of ERP-systems (e.g. SAP)
 Experience of working with customers
