Carla Juaçaba diseño una casa de 　㈀n de semana en la región montañosa del este de Río de
Janeiro en dónde utiliza las propiedades de soporte de carga de los muros de piedra de un
metro de espesor para soportar el techo y las vigas del piso. (Lun, 01 Abr 2013)

No soy arquitecta, ni mucho menos tengo que ver con las edificaciones, pero a pesar de ello me encanta el diseño de la
arquitecta Carla Juaçaba, porque denota que es muy creativa y original en sus diseños y creo que eso es lo que se busca al
diseñar cualquier estructura, que este en armonía con el medio ambiente, porque al ver la casa, denota relajación y
tranquilidad y eso es lo que busca cualquier persona al comprar una casa en el campo o montaña. Me gusto totalmente...la
felicito arquitecta Carla Juaçaba.

Sin lugar a dudas un excelente Proyecto, reciba Usted mis parabienes y felicitaciones, Arq. Carla Juaçaba,aprecio sobriedad
y sencillez tanto en su estructura como en detalles y espacio, la manera de resolver iluminación natural por el techo y
algunos otros detalles de habitabilidad, deberían ser resueltos con mobiliario y accesorios, para eso son, una persiana o
algún tipo de techo deslizable incluso a través de sensores y con energía solar quedaría excelente, tomo en cuenta tanto lo

la funcionalidad de los elementos materiales,es el quid del proyecto,... Ya que es una solución pragmática a un escueto
manejo de la cantidad de materiales, y su índole. No es un derr9oche de magnificencia en cuanto a imagen, pero sí lo es en
cuanto a que se usó un mínimo de elementos (materiales y arquitectónicos, inclusive de ingeniería), para dar un espacio se
confortv en una área reducida y agreste.

Estoy viendo espacios interesantes, no me preocupa la luz para dormir, iluminación y ventilación hace a los espacios

comparto la opinión junto al arq. Jorge A. Matus Olvera , con cerramientos como persianas, cortinas y algún mobiliario, este
diseño puede ser funcional en cualquier zona y lugar, si no estuviera construyendo, éste sería mi modelo base, felicitaciones

En cierto modo debo felicitar por la utilización de los muros y la madera denota armonía aunque quizás debería seguir el
concepto de lo natural por en entorno en el que se desarrolla el proyecto y lo que no me parece es que este la chimenea muy
cerca a la cama podría provocarse un incendio. saludos.

Excelente alternativa de vivienda de fin de semana. Grandes espacios, mucha luz, armónica en su estructura. En la
actualaidad es lo que se necesita; viviendas innovadoras y prácticas que inviten al relajo y desestress. Lo demás es solo
decoración de interiores.

felicito a la Arq. por la armonía entre los materiales y el ambiente, por la distribución de las habitaciones, por el equipamiento
adecuado al destino previsto para la construcción.Se debe distenderse y dormir muy bien entre el murmullo de las hojas de
los árboles y despertar con el canto de los pájaros. Un paraíso en una bella construcción. "Ladran Sancho ..." Cariños,
