Role: I am the CST coordinator, Section 504 coordinator, PBIS team facilitator, District Wide Assessment (DWA)
coordinator, behavior management team member for students who are at Tier 1, 2, & 3, and Accreditation team
member for Category A.

Duties: I do individual counseling, group counseling, observations to assist teachers in addressing behavioral and/or
academic issues, monthly guidance lessons (may cover character education, career awareness, etc.), referral to outside
agencies (e.g. I Famagu’on-ta), suicide risk assessment, Functional Behavioral Assessment (FBA) and CST completion
assistance, and the coordination of ACT & SBA assessments.

Evidence: I have attendance for the guidance lessons, feedback from colleagues, and PowerSchool logs.
