1. Pregnancy
Pregnancy is a time where it can happen to all women and make it an unforgettable
moment. All women will certainly be happy if they find out that they are pregnant or

pregnancy, especially about health in pregnant women and also babies who are in the womb.
Pregnant women also need to rest well and should not be too tired or exhausted like doing
heavy work. Pregnant women also must maintain a healthy diet so that the nutrients needed

The pregnancy process there has 3 trimesters. The first trimester can be started from the

menstrual cycle. The second trimester is by entering the 13-27 weeks of pregnancy. While
the third trimester is to enter the 28th week of pregnancy until the birth of the baby.

2. Childbirth
Childbirth is the most awaited period by the mother because for 9 months they have been

also some pregnant women who are afraid or tense when experiencing childbirth, because it
usually makes the mother afraid because this is the first experience during their lives.

3. Postpartum
Postpartum is very important to do for mothers who have just given birth. In addition to
maintaining overall health, this treatment is also important to maintain the beauty and
