Technical

 Preparation of payment for CASAS, for Pinatubo Project.

 Project
o Kalinisan - To start an investigation after the confirmation of the
agreement.
o Pinatubo- ongoing negotiation, no confirmed agreement yet.

 To review the ordinance of four projects and will do the survey after ECQ.
 Schedule a site visits for Kalinisan with the geotechnical and geodetic surveyor.
 Increasing the point of soil investigation for structural.
 JMP contract for review to identify their deliverables.
 Engr. Enteng still working on project range, project template, and research input
for Land development.

Finance
 BIR payment on May 19.
 No on-hand documents from January to February
 The transaction data shared is only until February.

Other
 Retrieval of physical file from Wework.
 Turning over the contract with consultants to Engr. Enteng for reference and all
accounting files and materials to Gian.
 Go to Union Bank next week to regularized employee’s payroll account.
 Issuance all the pending check payments for the supplier.
 Finalized the pick-up and drop off for transport service.
 Twice a week of meeting at Wework up until the end of May. To work on
lookahead for the next two months.
 The last week of May will be the transition to physical government visits.
 Effective June 1 HRDP team will have a physical meeting. The Schedule of once
a week physical meetings will be flexible.
 Coordinate with Area coordinator of PCUP with regards to Eviction and
Demolition of Informal Settles.
