STALE EMAIL signing up…or for 3-6 months, they are considered

LIST stale subscribers.

So if this is the case with your list, before you start sending them

Why?

Otherwise you might get mass unsubscribes.

The important elements to this script.

Here’s the elements need to pay attention to in this script:

• The Reminder – Here you want to remind the subscriber how they
got on your list. Did they sign up on your site? Did they download a
guide? This way, if they choose to unsubscribe, they are less likely
to click “I never signed up for this email list”. Too many of those
complaints can result in penalties from your EMS.

• The Tease – Tell them you are working on something new to pique
their curiosity. (Make sure this is true, otherwise you are just a liar.
But hey, new emails can be something new.)

• The Gift – Give them a reason to reconnect with you by offering

them some free incentive, whether it’s a free guide or a small

discount.

• Set Expectations – Tell the subscriber to be on the lookout for more

emails from you. Make sure to tease what they will be about so the
subscriber is excited to receive future communications.

Tweak the Warm ‘Em Up Email Script as needed, while making sure to
keep the elements described above intact.

Again, follow the same writing and revising rules you applied to your
welcome series and email campaigns. Don’t skip these just because you
have an email script in front of you!

Last but not least, it’s important to make these scripts your own. Use
your own words and a tone that fits well with your brand.
