INFORMATION

The undersigned City Prosecutor accuses Jose Abad of the crime of Murder
defined and penalized under Article 248 in relation to Article 6 of the Revised Penal
Code, committed as follows:

That on or about the 10 th day of September, 2014, in the

City of Manila, Philippines, a place within the jurisdiction of this
Honorable Court, the above-named accused, armed with a gun, by
means of treachery and abuse of superior strength, with intent to kill,
did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously fired his gun
towards the person of Juan dela Cruz, thereby hitting him and
inflicting mortal wounds which caused his death.
