Technical Description

1 Analog Output Module - AOM 2200

General:
This module is an analog output module that contains 4 digital controlled floating output channels, each
output channel may either be used as a 0-10V voltage output or as a 0-20mA current output, available
in the connectors X1 and X2.
The Digital bus input is at the connector X9 and the extension connector to further modules is at the
connector X10.
At an Interface Module IFM 2200 a total of up to 8 modules of this family can be placed in any combina-
tion.
The physical layout is implemented in a module 125,4mm X 216mm and the module shall be mounted
on a DIN rail.

810.001.510-vv standard 34 poles ribbon interconnection cable, 4.5 cm.

814.002 262 extended 34 poles ribbon interconnection cable, 15 cm.
814.002 277 extended 34 poles round-shielded interconnection
cable, 150 cm.

The shield of the extended round-shielded interconnection cables must be

connected to earth (metal structure) in both ends.
If a custom made extended cable is produced, it must be of the round-shielded
type when the length is more than 35 cm.
Within the module chain it is possible to exchange one or two of the standard 4.5
cm ribbon cables with extended cables. The total length of the extended cables
(one or two cables) must not exceed a maximum length of 200 cm.
