 The Pure logics
The pure logics is an IT based company which provides services in different
fields of computer like web development, SEO, android development as well as
IOS development. The company was formed in January 2020 and it started
working with other countries around the world. Even though it is advised to
increase the use of the services given by the pure logics, people will choose
this over any other companies because of my unique work and appreciating
pricing. The dream of the CEO of pure logics is that after 2024 the company
comes under the top 20 multinational companies in Pakistan as it is a
multinational company working across the globe.

Recruitment and Selection Process:


I will establish the recruitment process is well first of all by give ads in
newspapers, company website, institutions etc. Once we receive an application
form, from candidates with required documents and CV. The employees will be
recruited by eternally and internally.
After the recruitment I will discuss the selection process
The selection process will vary depending on the position the candidates
applying for, as one process can't fit all the different roles that the the pure
logics have. However, in most cases a combination of any of the following tools
will be used.
The interview is designed to reveal more about the employees and their
experiences. This is the chance to find out more about the company by asking
questions. Furthermore, interviews are a two-way process so it is used to
understand the nature of the role and to make sure it really is what the
company looking for.
We are very much a team at the pure logics so these will show how effectively
the work with all people. This is the good opportunity to see how the new
employees communicate, influence and involve other people in the workplace
that is known as a group exercise.

The presentations give the chance to the ability to communicate to a group of
people on a specific topic. Topic will be given in advance or on the day, but will
provide plenty of time to prepare. The psychometric tests are timed exercises
that examine the abilities and potential. On occasions, we may also use a
personality assessment tool that is designed to find out more specific things
about employees. If we asked to complete a psychometric test, we will send
the information and advice in advance on how to prepare.
Any Role Plays or Situational Exercises designed to assess to react in certain
situations and help to it will highlight particular skill and how good the
employees suited for a position is we will give facts and figures to review, or a
report to complete and the candidates may also have an assessor acting as a
customer or employee to simulate a situation that could occur in the
workplace. We will give a brief and ample time to prepare.
