GIFT WITH DEMONSTRATION

Between July 30, 2020 and August 5, 2020, customers who watch a demonstration for AT&T TV or AT&T TV NOW with an
AT&T Store Representative during regular business hours at the participating AT&T stores listed below (“STORE”) will
receive one (1) ticket that allows 6 people in one vehicle including parking for (1) Chicago Blackhawks Drive In Watch Party
(“Gift”) taking place on either August 1st, 3 rd, or 5th , 2020, at the Schaumburg Boomers Stadium, 1999 Springinsguth Road,
Schaumburg IL. Approximate retail value of GIFT is $40. Tickets are available while supplies last. NO TRANSPORTATION
OR LODGING IS PROVIDED AS PART OF GIFT. ONE GIFT PER CUSTOMER.

Offer valid only at the AT&T participating STORE locations from 7/30/20 through 8/5/20. While supplies last. Must be 18 years
or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi). STORE will provide GIFT after demonstration. GIFT may not be
combinable with other offers/discounts/credits. GIFT has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment
or credit to any AT&T account. Limit one (1) per customer. Subject to change. Restrictions apply. See STORE Representative for
details.

No substitutions or rain checks. AT&T reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute GIFT with one of equal or greater
value. GIFT cannot be transferred, assigned or tickets resold. AT&T is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen GIFT.
Customer is responsible for all costs and expenses associated with the use of the GIFT, including but not limited to federal,
state and local taxes, and travel to and from the Schaumburg Boomers Stadium. To receive the GIFT, Eligible Customers
must complete, sign and return to AT&T Eligibility and Release Agreement that: indemnifies, defend and hold harmless
AT&T, Chicago Blackhawk Hockey Team, Inc., United Center Joint Venture, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries,
affiliates, directors, officers, attorneys, partners, equity holders, shareholders, members, employees, agents and
representatives (collectively “Released Parties”) from any and all damages, claims, and liability arising out of or relating in
any way to this promotion and acceptance, use or misuse of any GIFT and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or
proceeding against any and all Released Parties for any injuries or death, theft, loss or damage of any kind, or any other harm
suffered directly or indirectly arising from or in connection with participating in this promotion or use/misuse of the GIFT.
Released Parties are not responsible if for reasons beyond their control this promotion cannot take place as planned or any
GIFT cannot be provided. Tickets are also subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon, Customer and Guests
(if applicable) must comply with all venue rules and regulations, including COVID-19 protocols issued by federal, state, city,
county and venue.

Eligible Customer: Customers who watch AT&T TV or AT&T TV NOW demonstration by an AT&T Representative.
Employees, including their immediate families and members of the same household, of AT&T Mobility LLC, and their
respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and administrative agencies, and
their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns are not eligible to participate or any state,
federal, local government or public university employee.
