3. Use 12 pt. font size and Times New Roman font style along with 1-inch page margins.
4. Attempt all the questions.

6. Provide relevant, original and conceptual answers, as this exam aims to test your ability
to examine, explain, modify or develop concepts discussed in class.
7. Do not copy answers from the internet or other sources. The plagiarism of your answers
will be checked through Turnitin software.
8. Recheck your answers before the submission on VLE to correct any content or language
related errors.
Q1. You have attended a professional training workshop on ‘Leadership’. Write a detailed report
using the memo format to your CEO, Ibtisaam Ahmed, about your learning experience at the
workshop for the benefit of your colleagues. (8 marks)

Q2. Recently the cases of the Corona Virus were discovered in your accounts department. A
spate of corona victims caused your organization to be completely sealed for two weeks. Write
an email to be sent to all the employees giving clear instructions to follow the SOPs when they
start coming back to the office. List down at least five SOPs they need to follow while working
in their offices.

Q3. Of late, it has been your continuous observation as manager that general standards of office
code of conduct are being taken casually by most staff members. Cases of coming to office in
shabby attire, delayed arrivals at reporting time in the morning and too many requests for being
granted early leave, are your recorded observations. The management has noted this deterioration
with grave concern.

Write a memo addressing all staff members pointing out your observations and directing them to
go through the service rules, thereby ensuring compliance with them. (8 marks)
