Our Standard policies /procedures to promote quality

The Coordinator and Team Leader of various assignments are vested with the responsibilities of ensuring
quality and timeliness of execution of different assignments. All the activities of the study team and the
reports prepared are reviewed by a Review Panel, before submission to the clients. Regular interactions are
held with the clients and they are kept apprised of the findings/progress. The organization is answerable to
the Board of Directors regarding quality adherence in the performance of the organization. The senior
management committee comprising of the Managing Director and senior officials, closely monitor the
execution of various tasks by the operational units periodically. The Coordinators and Team Leaders are
expected to get the clearance from the Senior Management Committee for submission of proposals,
development of study plan, preparation of the work plan, formation of study team, analysis /chapter plan
and report preparation. The internal Management Information System closely monitors the progress of each
assignment and ensures timeliness in meeting the deadlines. The senior management committee is vested
with the responsibility to resolve all issues pertaining to the clients and ensure delivery of desired results.
