1. Membership.

All Officers, EP, Draftees, trainees and permanent civilian employees assigned with TOWNOL and 600 th
ABG are automatically members of the TOWNOL/600th ABG MRS. Membership of temporary and casual
employees and /or personnel on DS with TOWNOL and 600 th ABG is optional. They may also become members
upon written application. A personnel continues to be a member as long as he pays his due. Newly assigned
personnel of new members shall pay an initial contribution of P50.00 immediately upon assignment or upon
approval of membership. Every member shall accomplish TOWNOL/600 TH ABG MRS form 1 in triplicate to be
submitted to the TOWNOL/600th ABG MRS Control Board for processing and disposition.

2. Benefits.

a. Authorized Beneficiaries

1) Lawful spouse
2) Legitimate and legally adopted children
3) Father and Mother of unmarried and married members
4) Designated direct dependents ( In case of orphan member)

b. Amount of Benefits
