Office 365 Account Management

To: Assistant Schools Division Superintendent

Chief Education Supervisors
Public Schools District Supervisors
Division Office Personnel
School Heads
ICT Coordinators
All Others Concerned

1. This office would like to inform the field that through the ICT Services, Office 365
accounts had been provided from Division Level down to School Level.

2. Each Office 365 account entitles the employee to the Office 365 Suite including but
not limited to:
• Office Suite – Includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote
• Teams – A chat-based collaboration tool for group interaction.
• OneDrive – Cloud file storage
• SharePoint – A web-based collaborative platform that integrates with
Microsoft Office

3. The Office 365 administration is being administered by the Central Office and the ICT
Sevices of our Division will only gather requests for Password Reset, for Account
Creation, for Account Deletion and for Account Update of the Office 365 account
given.

4. The following are the Action Required:

a. Password Reset : if you need to reset the password of your O365 accounts

b. For Updating:if you need to update information about your account(ex. wrong
Name, Wrong Position, Wrong DepEd Email, etc.)
c. For Creation: if you need to create new O365 accounts (this is for those who
do not have O365 accounts)
d. For Deletion: if the employee had already separated from DepEd. (Request is
to be done by ICT Coordinator of the School)
