Learning Competencies: The students must be able to apply the proper way of preparing
decorate and present bakery products
I. OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the lesson the students must be able to:
A. Discuss the different types of packaging
B. Draw a design used in packaging bakery products
C. Value the importance of packaging materials used in bakery products
II. SUBJECT MATTER:
A. TOPIC: Decorate and Present bakery products
B. SUBTOPIC: Types of packaging materials
C. REFERENCES: Bread and Pastry Production, Pages 54-55
D. MATERIALS: Visual aids, Manila paper, Colored paper.
