RULES FOR ADMISSION FORM

1. Read the complete form carefully before filling.
2. Fill the Admission form in block letter.
3. Mentione your Registration no, i.e. 17-UE-01234 and student ID i.e. BSF012345 in
Admission form properly otherwise admission form will be rejected.
4. Only typed form will be accepted. No hand written form will be accepted.
5. Students are directed to fill in the form carefully; cutting and overwriting is not allowed.
6. The students are directed to fill all particulars like Name, Father Name, Date of Birth and
CNIC number because these particulars will be used for the issuance of
Transcript/Degree and correspondence.
7. In case of any change/correction or mistake in the above mentioned particulars, the
student will have to pay the prescribed fee for rectification.
8. Paste your passport size blue background picture on admission form.
9. The students are directed to mention your official email ids provided by ILM College on
your admission form otherwise your admission form will be rejected.
10. Students are directed to send their admissions form soft copy on prescribed email ids
provided by ILM College according to your program.
11. Every student must submit two Hard copies of their admission form in Admission office
ILM College till June17, 2020.
12. Before sending your admission form file through Email, Save your admission form with
your student ids like BSF123456.
13. Admission form file saved with any other name except mentioned in point 12 will be
rejected.
14. Send your admission form softcopy through Email and mention your student id and
name in subject line.
15. Last date for submission of admission form with single fee is June17, 2020. After it
double fee Rs. 6260/- will be charged till june19, 2020 and last date for submission of
admission form with triple fee Rs.9390/- is June 22, 2020.
16. Read all the rules and instructions for filling of admission form carefully, college
management will not be responsible for any delay, mistake and form rejection.
