Impact of Gender Discrimination ' Consequences on the Employees


(Ghalib Private University in Herat, Afghanistan as a case study)

Dear Sir/ Madam,


This questionnaire will be used to collect information regarding the Impact of Gender Discrimination'
Consequences on the Employees. The occupational consequences of gender discrimination, including job
satisfaction, job stress and organizational commitment, as well as its individual consequences including
gender identity are some of the most important impacts of workplace gender discrimination, as previous
researchers have noted. (Swim, J., Aikin, K., Hall, W., & Hunter, B, 2001). The instrument used in this
study includes Schedule of Sexist Events (Klonoff, & Landrine,1995), questionnaire. As a part of this data
gathering, the information collected will be used to identify the rate of gender discrimination and its effects
on the employees. All responses will be kept confidential and the results are used for academic purpose
only. Kindly provide us with the following information.
