Tender must meet the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria
stated in the Tender Documents. Also must be submitted all
Certificates/Documents for proving the information.
1. General experience is not less than 05 (five) years.
2. Required minimum number of similar contracts completed during last
10 (ten) years :
Successfully completion of manufacturing and supplying furniture
(similar work) amounting of taka at least 40.00 (forty lac) in a single
work order/NOA of any Govt., Semi-govt. or Autonomous Organization.

Successfully completion of manufacturing and supplying furniture
(similar work) amounting of taka at least 60.00 (sixty lac) in one
Eligibility of Tenderer : financial yearof any Govt., Semi-govt. or Autonomous Organization.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit facilities shall be
Tk.60.00 lac (Certificate for proving available liquid assets must be
issued within 28 (twenty eight) days from the date of tender
submission).
4. The tenderer must also have current year Trade License, up to date
Income Tax clearance certificate and VAT Registration certificate.
5. In case of credit limit, specific format which is attached in e-PG3-8
(Particular Specification), can be used. You are also requested to see
only the latest file in Particular Specification.
6. All others as stated in the tender documents.
7. Drawing of furniture may be seen from tender document Section-8 of
e-GP system.
