As a Lead Auditor

⮚ Prepares a comprehensive structure and methodology of a quality management system audit plan in order to
conform to both the requirements specified by the international standards as well the organization's
established quality management systems.

the resolution of quality management system audit results and documentation issues.

with various Positions Which includes as below ( Aramco Refinery & SABIC Petro chemical Plants)

⮚ Presently working with INAT , Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, as a NDT Manager and deputed to Riyadh Metro , Saudi
Arabia,for their Metro Project in ANM in Saudi Arabia. Worked as NDT Level iii / Welding Engineer /
Supervising Senior QC Inspector (Welding & Mechanical). For AIC Jeddah

⮚ Work experience includes managing Quality related matters of Plant piping, Pipelines, Undersea Pipelines,
Structures, Tanks erection (Cryogenic tanks, Refrigerated tanks, Heated tanks for Sulpher, Water storage tanks,
 Rubber and Carbon brick lined Acid storage tanks & Nitrogen breather tanks), ASME Boilers, Pressure Vessels
and Spheres etc. In the previous project 49 tanks were built at site.

⮚ Worked in construction projects of Oil & Gas plants, Refineries, Fertilizer plants, Petro-Chemical plants,
Pipelines, Under Sea pipelines, Above Sea pipelines, Flow lines etc in various countries.

N08904), Stainless Steel, Alloy Steels, Carbon Steel, Aluminium, FRP/GRE, Polypropylene etc. Welding process
used are SMAW, GTAW, SAW, GMAW/STT, FCAW/GS, OFW, RW, PP fusion welding etc.

⮚ Codes and standards used are ASME 31.3, ASME BPV code Sect. I, VIII & IX, API 650, API 620 appendix Q &
appendix R, API 1104, Shell, ADNOC, GASCO, Total Fina Elf, Saudi Aramco, SABIC, MA’ADEN, and various other
Client’s Specifications.

⮚ Supervise and monitor sub contractors’ QC teams and guide them to develop quality culture in the projects.
Review and monitor QC issues and co-ordinate for clearing these issues with sub contractors, vendors and
clients.

⮚ Review and monitor the procedures and methods for the inspection of incoming material and equipment from
the vendors. Monitors the Quality activities of the contractors and vendors and evaluate their performance in
coordination with the clients.

⮚ Monitor and evaluate the vendor’s Quality Management system and participate in Internal and External Audit
according to ISO 9000:2015 Quality Management System. Analyze & evaluate NCRs, discrepancy reports &
surveillance reports to identify adverse trends in quality and co-ordinate with client for clearing them. Report
 discrepancies of the vendors and sub-contractors and recommend action and co-ordinate with them for clearing
NCRs and CARs.

⮚ Closely monitor and coordinate the HSE matters concerning to Erection, Welding and NDT activities of the sub-
contractors and vendors.

⮚ Monitor weld repair rate and implement corrective action to reduce repair rate. Review of sub contractors QC
reports and submit to clients.

⮚ Reviews and approves the update Quality Control Procedures, Inspection Test Plans, Special procedures, and
Method statements of subcontractors, required for Piping, Equipment, Tanks and Vessels manufacturing /
erection. Spot audit to check subcontractors are implementing QCPs, ITPs, Clients’ standards and International
Codes.

⮚ Review and monitor Hydro test packages and punch list clearing before reinstatement. Monitor and co-ordinate
for preparation of Inspection records for Mechanical Completion Dossiers.

⮚ Follow up with PMT and PID for approvals for Inspectors, WPS, MS and issue of welder IDs.

⮚ Co-ordinate QC meetings with subcontractors to review quality matters to ensure proper controls related to all
