I am Corona
The Crown of China
Adorning its head
From the days of Khans
Glorious days of middle kingdom
ruled by Kublai khan
the Grand khan
known for grandure
of his glorious darbar
and flourishing empire
And today
I am once again
Drumming on China’s head
Ruling it ? or ruining it !
But spreading my
‘ Made in China ’ version
And Chinas ‘fame’ !
Round the globe
And they say I am Virus
But what is Virus ?

A piece of DNA or RNA
Just a molecule
Enclosed in a shell
Of Protein
Basically –That’s about all
An ‘invisible’ entity
A microscopic one
At the border of
Living & non living
A non cellular one
Smaller than all living ones
Even bacteria
Yet capable of
Making them run for life
Even Man –
the homosapien
proud of its big brain
God knows why .
