HFT100 FREQUENCY PROTECTION MODULE

HFT100 Frequency Protection Module monitor one source 50/60Hz phase-phase

voltage, send out an over frequency, an under frequency and a normal frequency
signal.

Function
1. Design of basing on MCU, precisely measure frequency.
2. Over frequency, Under Frequency and Normal Frequency is separate output.
3. All outputs are relay free voltage contacts.
4. The point of Over Frequency, Under Frequency is adjustable.
5. The delay of Over Frequency, Under Frequency is adjustable.
6. 50/60Hz is selected via an on/off switch mounted on the front panel.

Adjustable Range: 80-100%
50Hz: range is 40-50Hz
60Hz: range is 48-60Hz

Adjustable Range: 100-130%
50Hz: range is 50-65Hz
60Hz: range is 60-78Hz
Factory default: 57Hz

5. Three Relays Output Capability: 250VAC 10A
6. When frequency is normal, the normal frequency relay will act immediately, at the
same time the normal output LED will light.

Terminals Description
1. Terminal 11,12: input AC voltage, 380V
50/60Hz current <30mA.
2. Terminal 13,14,15: under frequency
output relay free voltage contacts.
3. Terminal 16,17,18: over frequency
output relay free voltage contacts.
