INTRODUCTION
The Cement industry is one of the largest and
most exciting sectors to be working in today. It is a rapidly
changing environment where many advances have taken
place over the past 20 years. Furthermore, it will continue to
develop and evolve at an ever-increasing pace over the next
decade. New technologies and exciting discoveries have
driven this evolution.
The project gives a broad outline of Customer's
attitudes towards ultratech brand in India. From the research
I came across several interesting results about the Customer's
behavior and response towards a particular brand, and what
steps are to be taken to match the expectation in case of
UltraTech cement. From the analysis we can understand the
Customer Consumption Rate.
I have prepared a questionnaire in Google Form,
then started my survey by forwarding this Google Form to
different customers in different regions of India and recorded
their feedback according to the question asked to them from
my questionnaire.
Then I summarize all the data collected and
made comparative charts and diagrams to present my
findings. From this survey l got the insight into the relationship
between retailers, contractors, and customers.
